How do I book a tour with Bali Kayak Tours?
You can easily book directly through our website using our secure online payment system for instant transactions. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us—our team is always here to help!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept instant online payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and local digital wallets during checkout. Cash and card payments on-location are also available depending on your chosen option.
Do you accept last-minute bookings?
Yes! For last-minute bookings, availability will be confirmed based on our daily operator schedule. Contact us directly via WhatsApp for fast confirmation.
Do I need prior experience to join?
Not at all! All our activities are beginner-friendly. Professional guides will provide full safety briefings and instruction before every ride or tour.
Are your activities safe for everyone?
Safety is our priority. However, our tours are not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or guests with serious medical conditions.
What should I bring for the activities?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a change of clothes, a camera or smartphone, and cash for personal expenses or optional gratuities.
What is included in the package price?
Most of our packages include a welcome drink, lunch, professional guide, complete safety gear, insurance, locker, towel, and clean shower facilities.
Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Hotel transfers are not included in the standard price but are available upon request for an extra charge (up to 5 people per car):
Ubud Area: IDR 500K / car (Round trip)
Kuta / Seminyak / Canggu Area: IDR 750K / car (Round trip)
Nusa Dua / Uluwatu Area: IDR 850K / car (Round trip)
